Koroneiki & Frantoio olives are hand-picked to produce this harmonious well balanced olive oil. This seasons oil has green leafy, floral aromas with warm spicy notes. The aroma transfers well to the palate with a good level of ripe olive fruitiness and complexity, with flavours of salad leaves & rocket. In the mid-palate there are hints of sweet ripe apple. The flavours integrate well with a low level of bitterness, some astringency, a chilli pepper like pungency and a very pleasant lingering finish.
