Koroneiki & Frantoio olives are hand-picked to produce this delicious well balanced olive oil. This seasons oil has green leafy, floral aromas with warm spicy notes. The aroma transfers well to the palate with a good level of ripe olive fruitiness along with flavours of salad leaves & rocket. It is smooth, almost creamy, with a black peppery pungency and a pleasant lingering and moresish finish.
